How a shipment to or from Lithuania works
Every shipment starts with one dedicated contact person who knows the route, the documents and the deadline. You send the packing list and the HS codes; we check the codes against EU sanctions annexes for free and give a fixed quote within 24 hours of receiving them. After that we collect the cargo from the supplier, consolidate it where needed at a partner warehouse in Vilnius, prepare the export documents and track the shipment 24/7 until delivery.
Documents prepared in Lithuania
INFOBETA prepares the export declaration (EX), T1 transit, CMR and certificates of origin (issued in cooperation with the Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts), as well as veterinary and phytosanitary certificates. The client does not need to approach several institutions separately.
Transit times and guide prices
Guide transit times from Vilnius: to Tashkent 11–15 days groupage, 9–13 days full truck, 15–22 days rail, 1–3 days air; to Almaty 10–14 days groupage. Guide prices: groupage from €200 per pallet, a full truck from €180 per tonne, air freight from €1 per kg, storage from €0.18 per pallet per day. The final price depends on cargo, route and season, so we confirm it in a written quote.
Warehousing in Lithuania
Partner warehouses in Vilnius receive cargo Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00 and consolidate partial loads for weekly departures — 3–6 trucks a week to Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. The minimum groupage shipment is 1 kg or 0.1 m³. Warehousing is also available in Latvia and Poland.
