Frequently asked questions about shipping

Short answers on destinations, transport types and consolidation. If your case is not here, write to us and we will answer specifically.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship from Europe to Central Asia — Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. Most cargo goes to Tashkent. Belarus and Russia are transit countries for us, not destinations.
Which countries do you collect cargo from?
From Lithuania, Italy, Poland, Germany, Latvia, Austria, Czechia, Belgium, Spain, Sweden and Ireland. Cargo is consolidated at our warehouse in Galinė near Vilnius and forwarded as a single shipment.
Do you handle small shipments or only full trucks?
Both. Most of our orders are part loads (LTL) and roughly a third are full truckloads (FTL). We also arrange air and rail transport when the deadline or the nature of the cargo requires it.
How is the route chosen — northern or southern?
The northern route runs through Lithuania or Latvia with transit via Belarus and Russia. The southern route goes through Turkey. We choose based on the commodity code, applicable restrictions, deadline and cost; if the goods fall under EU restriction annexes, we propose the southern option.
How do I find out whether restrictions apply to my goods?
Enter the HS code into our free HS code check. It screens the EU sanctions annexes and the Belarusian and Russian counter-restriction registers, and shows whether a veterinary or phytosanitary certificate will be needed.

Directions and transport

Most consignments go to Uzbekistan (Tashkent), with shipments to Tajikistan as well. Goods are collected across Lithuania, Italy, Poland, Germany, Latvia, Austria, Czechia, Belgium, Spain, Sweden and Ireland, consolidated at our warehouse in Galinė near Vilnius and forwarded onwards.

By transport type: partial loads (LTL) account for the majority, full loads (FTL) for about a third, with the remainder moving by air and rail.

Note: some of these commodity groups fall under EU restriction annexes or require a veterinary or phytosanitary certificate. It is worth checking before planning a route — that is what our HS code check.
