What transport modes do you use for international freight?
We use air, road and multimodal solutions, selecting the optimal scheme individually for each type and volume of cargo.
Do you ship to Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan as well?
Yes — we run regular road, rail, air and multimodal routes to and from Tajikistan (Dushanbe), Turkmenistan (Ashgabat) and Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek), alongside Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
How long does freight from Europe to Central Asia take?
As a guide, rail freight run about 12–18 days, road 8–14 days and air 1–3 days. Exact transit depends on the lane, customs and Incoterms — ask us for a precise estimate on your route.
Do you carry partial loads (groupage / LTL) to Uzbekistan?
Yes — partial loads are a core strength. We are the strongest partial-load operator in Lithuania to Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, consolidating groupage through our Vilnius hub so you only pay for the space you use.
Do you run rail freight from Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and to Uzbekistan?
Yes — we operate regular rail and wagon services from Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and to Uzbekistan (Tashkent) and back, combined with road for first and last mile.
How quickly can you arrange cargo pickup from Europe?
Usually 24 hours is enough from the moment the cargo is confirmed ready.
Do you handle air deliveries?
Yes — we can arrange delivery of your cargo by air from anywhere in the world.
Where is your warehouse located?
Our main warehouse is in Vilnius, Lithuania, and we also operate warehouse space in Latvia and Poland.
Do you offer delivery by rail?
Yes — we can offer rail delivery both from Europe (with transshipment in Lithuania) and across the CIS countries.
Do you consolidate cargo to Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan?
Yes — we are a direct provider of consolidation services; goods are consolidated in Vilnius, Lithuania. Every week we dispatch 3 to 6 trucks on the Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan lanes.
Customs, documents and insurance
How long do customs clearance and delivery take?
Timelines are calculated individually based on the route and chosen transport. Our team works to minimise any delays at every stage of the journey.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
We handle shipments under all common Incoterms (EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP and more) and advise the best terms for your cargo and destination.
Do you provide cargo insurance and shipment tracking?
Yes — we arrange cargo insurance and keep you updated at every stage, with one point of contact from booking to delivery.
What documents are needed for customs clearance?
Typically a commercial invoice, packing list, transport document (CMR, AWB or rail waybill) and any permits. Our team prepares and checks the full set and manages T1 transit.
Can you handle dangerous goods and oversized cargo?
Yes — we carry ADR dangerous goods and out-of-gauge, heavy and project cargo with certified handling and the right equipment.
Can you issue the EX1 export declaration yourselves?
Yes — we can do it in the sender's country or in Lithuania.

Payment terms are agreed individually and depend on the order value and the history of work with the client.
