Who processes your data

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we ask for your name and email address — these are required so that we can reply. Optionally you may provide your company, phone number, route and cargo details. Together with the enquiry we technically record the date, time and IP address of submission, which is needed to protect the form from automated spam.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data for one purpose only — to answer your enquiry and provide a quotation. The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not send marketing emails and do not use the data for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months from the last exchange, so that we can refer back to earlier quotations and route history. If an enquiry leads to a contract, data is retained for the period required by law for accounting records. After that period the data is deleted.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Data may be accessible to our email and server providers, acting as processors under contract. When carrying out a specific shipment, necessary data may be passed to carriers, customs brokers and state authorities — only to the extent required by the transport and by law.

Cookies

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and 3D graphics from the Cloudflare library network; these providers may see your IP address as an ordinary technical part of the request.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request correction or erasure, restrict processing, object to processing and receive your data in a structured format. To exercise these rights write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
