Certificates

Beyond customs procedures, we prepare and issue shipment certificates — you do not need to approach several institutions separately.

Certificate of Origin (COO)

UAB Infobeta prepares and, in cooperation with the Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts, issues certificates of origin. The certificate is an international document of a prescribed form, issued separately for each exported consignment.

Required documents: the commercial invoice, the contract with the buyer, and documents proving the origin of the goods (for example, a certificate of origin from another country).

Veterinary and phytosanitary certificates

For consignments of animal or plant origin we obtain veterinary and phytosanitary certificates in Lithuania. You can check whether your goods require them in our HS code check.

Which documents are needed for export from the EU?
A commercial invoice, packing list, CMR waybill and export declaration (EX). For transit through third countries a T1 procedure is additionally required. Depending on the goods, a certificate of origin, veterinary or phytosanitary certificate may also be needed.
What is T1 and when is it required?
T1 is the EU transit procedure that allows goods to move through EU or third-country territory without paying import duties. For shipments to Central Asia transiting Belarus and Russia, T1 is mandatory — we prepare it together with the export declaration.
How is a phytosanitary certificate obtained and how long does it take?
In Lithuania the certificate is issued by the State Plant Service through the VATIS system. The standard lead time is 5 working days. UAB Infobeta is registered in the Lithuanian Phytosanitary Register under no. 008763, so we handle certificates ourselves through the VATIS system — no intermediary, no waiting in someone else’s queue.
How is a certificate of origin (COO) issued?
UAB Infobeta prepares the documents and, in cooperation with the Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts, issues the certificate of origin. It is issued separately for each shipment. You need to supply the invoice, the contract with the buyer and documents proving the origin of the goods.
What if my commodity code falls under a sanctions annex?
That does not automatically mean the shipment is impossible — the specific annex, the route and the end use all matter. First check the code in the HS check, then contact us: we will propose a lawful route or explain why there is none.
