When to choose a part load

A part load (LTL) means you pay only for the space you actually occupy in the trailer, not for the whole truck. That is rational when a shipment is too big for a courier but does not fill a semi-trailer.

How consolidation works

We collect cargo across the whole of Europe and bring it to our warehouse near Vilnius. There it is combined into one shipment and departs for Central Asia every other day. You do not need to coordinate several carriers — give us the sender's contact and we take over pickup, storage, transhipment and documents.

What determines the price

We calculate by the space occupied — pallet spaces or volume, taking weight into account. We accept shipments from 1 kg and from 0.1 m³, with indicative pricing from €200 per pallet. Dangerous goods (ADR) requirements, temperature control and warehouse repacking also affect the price.

When a part load stops paying off

As a shipment approaches a full trailer, a full truckload (FTL) is usually cheaper than several pallets booked separately — and faster, because there is no waiting for consolidation. The threshold is individual: send dimensions and weight and we will tell you which option is cheaper in your case. See road freight FTL.

Lead times and route

Loading in Europe within 24 hours of the cargo being ready. Transit to Central Asia takes 8–14 days, depending on the destination and border queues. The northern route runs through Lithuania with transit via Belarus and Russia; the southern route goes through Türkiye. We choose based on the commodity code and the restrictions that apply to it.

Why code checking matters most in a part load

A single trailer carries goods from several or a dozen shippers. If one client's goods are subject to a transit prohibition via Belarus, the whole truck stops — along with everyone whose documents are in order. That is why we check codes before consolidating a load. You can also check your own code in our free HS code check.

What to prepare for an enquiry

For an accurate price first time, it helps to have: the loading address and readiness date, the number of pallets or dimensions and weight, the goods description and HS code, the destination city, and whether the cargo is ADR, perishable or requires a certificate.

Frequently asked questions about part loads

What is the minimum size for a part load?
We accept shipments from 1 kg and from 0.1 m³. For small consignments a part load is usually cheaper than a courier; for large volumes it is worth comparing with a full truckload.
How long does a part load to Uzbekistan or Kazakhstan take?
Roughly 8–14 days from departure. Cargo leaves our warehouse near Vilnius every other day, and we arrange loading in Europe within 24 hours of readiness.
Is the cargo insured?
Yes. Shipments are insured under the CMR Convention — losses are compensated in the event of damage or loss en route. Additional cargo insurance can be arranged on request.
Do you carry dangerous (ADR) and perishable goods?
Yes, both categories. ADR cargo carries additional packaging and documentation requirements, so please mention it in your enquiry — we will select the right scheme and price it accordingly.
