INFOBETA has operated groupage (LTL) from Europe to Uzbekistan since 2008. We collect cargo from any supplier in the EU or UK, consolidate it at our own hub in Vilnius and dispatch it in regular weekly consolidations to Tashkent, with onward delivery to every region. You pay only for the space your pallet takes.

How it works
Anywhere in the EU or UK — Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Poland, France, Spain, Czechia, Scandinavia. Several suppliers can be combined into one shipment.
Cargo is received, checked, re-palletised if needed and loaded into the next weekly truck at our hub in Vilnius. Warehouses also in Latvia and Poland.
INFOBETA files the EX declaration and T1 transit, issues the CMR and, if required, the certificate of origin, veterinary or phytosanitary certificate — no separate broker needed.
Every commodity code is checked against EU Regulations 765/2006 and 833/2014 and the RU/BY lists before loading. Open codes go north via Belarus or Latvia, Russia and Kazakhstan; restricted codes go via Türkiye and the Caspian. Free check: infobeta.eu/hs-check.
Uzbekistan is outside the EAEU: EAEU transit through Kazakhstan, then import clearance at the Uzbek border or destination customs. A consignee with contract and certificates ready saves 2–4 days.

Rail from Lithuania, Latvia or Poland to Tashkent: 15–22 days — best for heavy regular volumes. Transit times are indicative and depend on the route allowed for the goods and on customs.
Documents
EU side: commercial invoice, packing list, export declaration (EX), T1 transit, CMR; EUR.1 or a certificate of origin from the Vilnius Chamber of Commerce on request. Uzbek side: the importer's contract registered in the customs system, invoice, and for regulated goods a certificate of conformity (Uzstandard) — most often food, cosmetics, electrical equipment, toys and building materials. Veterinary and phytosanitary certificates for goods of animal or plant origin are issued in Lithuania before dispatch (INFOBETA is in the Lithuanian Phytosanitary Register, No. 008763).

Groupage is priced per pallet or cubic metre. Included: collection in Europe, EU export formalities, T1, CMR liability insurance, transit via Kazakhstan. Not included: Uzbek import duties and VAT, certification fees, demurrage if the consignee's documents are late. Send the packing list and HS codes — you receive a fixed quote within 24 hours.

Do you deliver outside Tashkent?

Who prepares the export documents?
INFOBETA, in Lithuania or in the exporter's country: EX declaration, T1, CMR, certificate of origin, veterinary and phytosanitary certificates. You do not need a separate customs broker in the EU.
