Cargo for Almaty and Astana is consolidated with Uzbekistan-bound freight, so departures are weekly even for small volumes.
EX declaration, T1 transit, CMR, packing list; EUR.1 or certificate of origin on request — all prepared by INFOBETA in Lithuania.
Codes are checked against EU Regulations 765/2006 and 833/2014 and the RU/BY lists before loading. Open codes run via Belarus or Latvia and Russia to the Kazakh crossings (Petukhovo–Zhaisan, Troitsk–Kairak, Sagarchin); restricted codes go via Türkiye, Georgia, Baku and Aktau. After the external EAEU border the truck goes straight to Astana, Almaty, Shymkent or Aktobe; import is cleared by the consignee. Veterinary and phytosanitary certificates under EAEU Decisions 317 and 318 are issued in Lithuania before dispatch.

Rail: container and wagon shipments from Lithuanian and Polish terminals to Almaty, Astana and Dostyk. Transit times are indicative and depend on the permitted route and customs.
Documents
EU side: commercial invoice, packing list, EX declaration, T1 transit, CMR; EUR.1 or certificate of origin on request. Kazakh side: the importer's contract, an invoice in EAEU format, and for regulated goods an EAEU declaration or certificate of conformity (TR CU). Dual-use and sanctioned goods are checked before the order is accepted.
