How it works
Send the packing list, HS codes, pick-up address in Italy and delivery address in Uzbekistan. Within 24 hours you receive a fixed quote and the permitted route for your codes.
Our partner vehicles collect the cargo at the supplier — the Milan–Bologna–Veneto industrial belt is served several times a week; for FTL the truck loads directly for Tashkent. The Italian exporter provides the invoice and packing list; the EX declaration can be filed in Italy or in Vilnius.
Groupage is received at the INFOBETA hub, checked and loaded into the next weekly truck to Tashkent.
EX, T1 transit and CMR are issued in Lithuania. Every HS code is checked against EU Regulations 765/2006 and 833/2014 before loading: open codes go via Belarus or Latvia, Russia and Kazakhstan; restricted codes via Türkiye and the Caspian. Free check: infobeta.eu/hs-check.
EAEU transit through Kazakhstan, import clearance at the Uzbek border or destination customs, delivery to Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Fergana, Andijan, Navoi or Nukus.

For Italian machinery and plant equipment we also arrange oversized and project cargo, and rail from Poland or Lithuania (15–22 days from the terminal) for heavy regular volumes. Times are indicative and depend on the permitted route and customs.
Documents
Italian exporter: commercial invoice and packing list (and, for regulated goods, technical documentation for the Uzbek certificate of conformity). INFOBETA: EX declaration (in Italy or Lithuania), T1 transit, CMR, EUR.1 or certificate of origin on request, veterinary and phytosanitary certificates issued in Lithuania — relevant for Italian food, wine, cheese, seeds and wooden packaging. Uzbek importer: contract registered in the customs system and, for regulated goods, an Uzstandard certificate of conformity.
Price
Groupage is priced per pallet or cubic metre, full trucks per vehicle. Included: collection in Italy, EU export formalities, T1, CMR liability insurance, transit via Kazakhstan. Not included: Uzbek import duties and VAT, certification fees, demurrage caused by late consignee documents.
