Freight from Italy to Kazakhstan
Collection anywhere in Italy · Almaty in 14–20 days · groupage from 1 kg
Kazakhstan is the most direct Central Asian lane from the Baltics, and Italy is one of the largest origins of INFOBETA's groupage. We collect from the supplier anywhere in Italy — Milan, Turin, Bologna, Verona, Padua, Treviso, Florence, Naples, Bari — bring the cargo to the warehouse in Vilnius, consolidate it with other Kazakhstan- and Uzbekistan-bound freight and dispatch weekly to Almaty and Astana. Kazakhstan is in the EAEU, so after the external EAEU border the truck runs to the consignee without a second customs stop. Full trucks run directly from Italy without transhipment.

How it works
Send the packing list, HS codes, the pick-up address in Italy and the delivery address in Kazakhstan. Within 24 hours you receive a fixed quote and the permitted route for your codes.
Our partner vehicles collect the cargo at the supplier — the Milan–Bologna–Veneto industrial belt is served several times a week; for FTL the truck loads directly for Kazakhstan. The Italian exporter provides the invoice and packing list; the EX declaration can be filed in Italy or in Vilnius.
Groupage is received at the warehouse in Vilnius, checked, consolidated with Uzbekistan-bound freight and loaded into the next weekly truck to Almaty or Astana.
EX, T1 transit and CMR are issued in Lithuania. Every HS code is checked against EU Regulations 765/2006 and 833/2014 and the RU/BY lists before loading: open codes run via Belarus or Latvia and Russia to the Kazakh crossings; restricted codes go via Türkiye, Georgia, Baku and Aktau. Free check: infobeta.eu/hs-check.
After the external EAEU border the truck goes straight to Astana, Almaty, Shymkent or Aktobe; import is cleared by the consignee. Veterinary and phytosanitary certificates under EAEU Decisions 317 and 318 are issued in Lithuania before dispatch.
Transit times
| Italy → Kazakhstan | LTL groupage | FTL full truck | Air |
|---|---|---|---|
| → Almaty | 14–20 days | 12–16 days | 1–3 days |
| → Astana | 13–18 days | 11–14 days | 1–3 days |
Times are door to door from the supplier in Italy, with consolidation in Vilnius, and are indicative; they depend on the permitted route and customs. Heavy regular volumes can also go by rail from Lithuanian or Polish terminals to Almaty, Astana and Dostyk.

Why INFOBETA
Every week 3–6 trucks leave Vilnius for Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and Italian cargo is consolidated together with them, so even a few pallets leave on a weekly departure. One coordinator handles the shipment in English, Russian or Lithuanian. Typical cargo from Italy: production lines and machinery, textile and food-processing equipment, furniture, ceramics and building materials, cosmetics, food and beverages.
